Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

You can return/exchange the product within 7 days of you receiving the product. Please email us at or call/message us on 9136672604 with your return request (please include your name and order/invoice no.).

Upon receiving this information, our team will immediately arrange for a reverse pick-up through our logistics partners. Please do ensure that you handover the same garment in the same condition as you would have received it (product should be unused, with all tags, price tags and barcodes intact).

In case of exchanges, we will dispatch the product straightaway, we don’t want to keep you waiting! In case of returns/refund request, please also send your bank account details for processing the refund. Upon receiving the product, we shall immediately process the refund.

Refund Policy:
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. Please note that it may take 7-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, a mandatory email with cancellation reasons and bank details will be required to proceed with the refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase: 
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by visiting your ‘My Account’ section and cancelling a pending order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email. In case of prepaid orders, your amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation after 24 Hours of purchase:
In case of any cancellations after 24 hours, we request you to send us an email at stating the order number and your reason for cancellation. Upon receiving this email and due consideration of your request, our firm will take a decision on whether the cancellation is feasible.
